BOOKING AND PAYMENT
A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due at the start time of the event. For all request outside of the Fort Wayne area, please contact us before booking. For all large events exceeding 25+ gamers, please contact before booking.
DISCOUNTS
10% discount for Fort Wayne Community School employees, and UAW Local 2209 employees.
TRAVEL & FUEL
Our pricing covers a free 10-mile distance. After 10 miles, there’s a $2 per mile travel charge. For all request outside of the Fort Wayne area, please contact us before booking.
REFUND/CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY
All deposits are non-refundable. Events may be rescheduled once within six months of the original date, subject to availability.
