Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the start time of the event, to ensure a seamless experience.

Traveling Fuel Charge

Our gaming excitement covers a 20-mile radius from Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46814 with no additional charge. For distances further than 20miles, a travel charge will be added. For distances over 40 miles, please contact us. Additional charges will apply.

• 21-30 miles: $25

• 31-40miles: $50

Refund/Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

​

Once booked, cancellations are non-refundable. If an event is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date, any remaining balance must be paid. Events may be rescheduled once within six months of the original date, subject to availability.
