Power Play Mobile Gaming is a mobile video gaming trailer that you can reserve for a variety of events like parties, fundraisers, school events, and corporate gatherings. It features multiple high tech equipment and gaming devices such as Xbox and PlayStation, allowing guests to enjoy entertainment both inside and outside the trailer.

2. What types of events are suitable for the gaming truck?

This gaming truck is perfect for a wide array of events, including but not limited to birthday parties, school events, fundraisers, college events, social gatherings, family reunions, community events, corporate events, team-building events, e-sport events, gaming tournaments, sports watch parties, tailgating events, and much more.

3. Does the trailer have A/C or heat?

Yes! The trailer is equipped with a mini-split AC unit for cooling and a fireplace for heating. If you prefer just the ambiance of the fireplace without the heat, we can set it to display lights only.

4. How many players can the gaming truck accommodate

Depending on the ages, the inside of the gaming tuck can hold up to 14 individuals!

2. What areas do you serve?

Our gaming excitement covers a 25-mile radius from downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46814. We are happy to travel up to 25 miles at no additional charge. Additional charges will apply.
26-30 miles: $50
31-35 miles: $75
36-40 miles: $100
Over 40 miles: Please call us for details.

3. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as soon as possible, but we require at least 48 hours' notice for all reservations. If you're within the 48-hour window, please contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

4. What is your cancellation policy?

Once you've paid the deposit for your event, please note that it is non-refundable. If you need to cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled date, you'll be required to pay any remaining balance. However, if you need to reschedule, you may do so once within six months of the original date, depending on availability.

1. Is there supervision provided during the event?

Yes, basic supervision will be provided by our staff, with at least one team member on-site to ensure that the rules are followed. Please note that children aged 12 and under must be supervised by an adult (18 years or older).
Any disruptive behavior may result in the event being ended early without a refund.

2. In the case of an emergency, what safety measures are in place?

We prioritize safety at every event. A safety kit, including a first aid kit and fire extinguisher, will always be on hand. In case of an emergency, we will contact local authorities as needed. Additionally, all of our staff are CPR certified.

Our standard gaming sessions last 2, 3, or 4 hours. However, we're flexible and can accommodate sessions of any duration to fit your needs!

Setup usually takes about 30 minutes. This includes parking the trailer, setting up the generator, connecting to Wi-Fi, and getting everything ready for your gaming experience.

Absolutely! The Power Play mobile gaming truck is perfect for all ages, offering a unique alternative to traditional party options like jumpers and face painters. Our mobile arcade is equipped with the latest consoles, games, and equipment, ensuring a memorable experience for everyone. We have games that both kids and adults will enjoy—parents can even join in the fun with games like Just Dance at our exterior gaming stations. Our game library is packed with the best titles and newest releases, and the equipment is easily adaptable for all ages. Plus, a gaming coach will be on-site to assist throughout the event!

1. Do you offer any additional services or add-ons?

Yes, we do! Our trailer has two smart TVs on the outside that guests can use. These TVs come with all major apps, and if you have something specific in mind, just let us know!

2. Can we customize the gaming experience for our event?

While we don’t allow decorating inside the truck, we’re happy to accommodate specific requests. If you have anything in mind, just let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

1. What do I need to provide for the gaming truck setup?

We will need parking accommodations at your set location. More specifically, we need at least 50 to 60 feet in length, with at least 10ft-12ft in width. If it’s a public space, make sure you have permission to use it as well as have a contact person for any issues.

2. Do you need access to electricity or other utilities?

No, we don’t need access to electricity! The Power Play mobile gaming truck is equipped with a portable generator, so we’re fully self-sufficient.

3. How long does setup usually take?
